In September of 2018, the Centre for Entrepreneurial Agri-Technology at Australian National University held its first workshop. Rob Elshire was invited to develop and present a workshop. This video was from that workshop. It covers the history of agricultural innovation from ancient times to present. The themes include the development of “intellectual property” rights and the impact on innovation, the shifting nature of academia / industry functions, the re-introduction of sharing, and small agri-tech business development.
The recording technology used had a time limit. Unfortunately, the workshop recording was cut short because of that.
